These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AuditPlus platform and related services (the "Service") operated by AUDIT ONLINE SOLUTION SDN BHD (Reg No: 201101002832 (930970-T)) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

AuditPlus is a cloud-based platform that enables users to manage, upload, organize, and process audit and financial documents, including financial statements, trial balances, general ledgers, working papers, and related engagement records.

The Company may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

Users must provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

Users must not:

• Upload unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent documents
• Attempt unauthorized system access or bypass security controls
• Interfere with platform security, integrity, or infrastructure
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful automated code
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract unauthorized data from the platform

Users retain ownership of their uploaded documents, client records, and data.

By uploading content, users grant the Company a limited license to store and process such content solely to provide the Service.

Users must ensure they have all necessary legal rights and client authorizations to upload the content.

Certain features and subscription tiers require payment of fees or subscription charges.

Payments are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days may be temporarily suspended.

If payment remains unpaid after 60 days, the Company may restrict access to stored data and permanently delete stored files after reasonable prior notice.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or infrastructure provider issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, business losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

The Company shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including cloud infrastructure provider outages, natural disasters, telecommunications disruptions, or acts of government.

Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

After account termination, data may be retained for up to 30 days to allow users to export their records before permanent deletion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
